down and out

Finally i'm feeling fine considering i still have cough and runny nose. I've been down and out for the past two days because of the flu, Tuesday being the worst with headaches, chills and my body feeling beaten to a pulp. Thanks to all the well-wishers who texted, called and posted on facebook.
